This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop accessible, user-friendly, and localizable documentation for VDI management tools.

• Collaborate within the software development lifecycle alongside designers and engineers.

• Conduct research and testing on documentation content.

• Write and manage XML structured content.

• Oversee localization and publishing across various documentation channels.

• Utilize AI tools and scripting languages to enhance and automate documentation processes.

• Partner on cloud-based solutions centered around Microsoft Azure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to identify and characterize target audiences while crafting technically precise and engaging content tailored to their requirements.

• Experience in creating and managing XML structured content.

• Advanced expertise in XML structured authoring, encompassing variable resolution, content reuse, multichannel output, and multilingual publishing.

• Profound understanding of software user experience design and the significant role of technical documentation in shaping it.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and keep multiple projects on schedule.

• Enthusiasm for utilizing and enhancing software.

• Curiosity regarding AI and process automation.

• Innovative problem-solving mentality.

• Confidence in presenting ideas to senior management, creating prototypes, and showcasing process enhancements.

• Preferred: direct knowledge or experience with VDI and/or Microsoft Azure.

• Preferred: experience in migrating documentation between tool stacks and managing post-migration cleanup and maintenance.

• Preferred: experience in delivering large-scale localization projects using a Translation Management System.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with engineers and project managers to deliver software releases in Azure DevOps or similar environments.
