This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create, write, maintain, and revise technical documentation, including user manuals, system guides, white papers, design specifications, and online help resources.
• Develop KeyStone user documentation, how-to guides, instruction manuals, charts, graphs, and forms.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of documented materials.
• Monitor documentation progress using JIRA.
• Contribute to the documentation roadmap with insightful input.
• Review, edit, and refresh existing documentation.
• Conduct research on KeyStone and consult with documentation experts to guarantee accuracy.
• Create or incorporate visuals into documentation as needed.
• Structure information for efficient compilation.
• Cultivate and maintain knowledge of the KeyStone system and Confluence platform.
• Test new software against published capabilities and corresponding documentation.
• Suggest enhancements to the KeyStone system.
• Participate in Confluence documentation projects and offer insights on its architecture and design.
• Aid users with fundamental Confluence functionalities and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the Education team to publish eLearning materials.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to documentation inquiries and requests.
• Work alongside other departments to document internal processes.
• Complete special projects and additional assigned responsibilities.
• Up to one year of relevant or related experience.
• A college degree in a non-technical field, or multi-craft skills obtained through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs, or comprehensive industry and job-specific technical skills gained through formal education and practical training.
• Exceptional writing and composition abilities.
• Skills in planning, organizing, and coordinating projects effectively.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to understand and communicate technical information clearly.
• Proficient analytical and research skills.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Consistent application of styles and formats while adhering to template guidelines.
• Solid problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in using a PC, the Internet, and related software applications.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated courtesy, tact, and diplomacy in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
