Technical Web Project Manager, Bilingual French/English

📋 Description

• Oversee web projects from initiation through to deployment and ongoing support after launch.

• Direct project planning, timelines, milestones, budget management, and resource distribution.

• Facilitate coordination among designers, developers, content creators, other specialists, and clients.

• Organize and conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and provide status updates.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and task tracking utilizing Monday.com and other internal management platforms.

• Ensure compliance with deadlines, budget constraints, and deliverable expectations.

• Review project specifications and convert them into actionable tasks for production teams.

• Oversee website QA processes, including testing, revisions, and preparation for launch.

• Manage website deployment and subsequent monitoring after launch.

• Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and changes in scope proactively.

• Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Uphold high standards of organization, accountability, and follow-through.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of **5 years of experience in managing web projects** within an agency or digital environment.

• Demonstrated experience overseeing projects from initial discovery and kickoff to deployment and launch.

• Fully bilingual in **English and French** (both spoken and written) — **non-negotiable**.

• Must be available to work **Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST** — **non-negotiable**.

• Strong grasp of web terminology, workflows, and technical concepts.

• Candidates should be comfortable with concepts such as:

• DNS management

• Servers and domains

• Website deployment processes

• CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)

• Website mockups and wireframes

• UI/UX workflows

• Website QA and testing processes

• Security

• API integrations

• Performance optimization.
