Technical Training Specialist, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical training representative for Fieldpiece within the designated region.

• Create, enhance, and continually refine technical training materials, presentations, curricula, and associated resources.

• Deliver captivating technical product and application training sessions for distributors, training centers, contractors, and industry experts.

• Foster and strengthen partnerships with current Fieldpiece training centers.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new training center collaborators.

• Establish and support the Fieldpiece Training Ambassador network.

• Offer technical training assistance to internal sales teams and distributor partners.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure training initiatives align with business goals.

• Assist with trade shows, customer events, demonstrations, and industry activities.

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of HVAC/R applications, industry trends, and Fieldpiece solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the HVACR industry, test and measurement sector, or professional tools market.

• Over 2 years of experience in developing technical training content, curricula, presentations, and learning materials.

• More than 3 years of experience delivering technical training, classroom instruction, workshops, or presentations to professional audiences.

• Strong technical aptitude with the capacity to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.

• Capability to establish trusted relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and project management competencies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software.

• Fluent in English and German.

• Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
