Technical Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist the sales team, partner distributors, and installers

• Create, develop, and implement technical training programs and materials

• Educate various stakeholders and enhance relationships with all partners

• Perform technical demonstrations and engage in events organized by distributors

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partner training centers

• Work collaboratively with internal teams: sales, marketing, and technical support

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC-R, test & measurement, and/or the professional tools industry

• Proven experience in delivering technical training, courses, workshops, or presentations to professional (B2B) audiences

• Experience in creating digital, video, or online training materials

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning experiences

• Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office (presentation software)

• Fluent in both English and French

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
