This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to pinpoint learning needs, craft learning solutions, and execute complete learning projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ascertain learning requirements and establish clear objectives.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs), translating requests into organized learning solutions.
• Ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding scope, expectations, and success criteria during the discovery phase.
• Create Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concepts and educational programs using instructional design principles and learning frameworks.
• Partner with SMEs and experts to extract, validate, and organize knowledge into effective learning content and resources.
• Oversee the complete delivery of small to medium-sized learning projects, managing planning, priorities, timelines, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, including evaluating providers and coordinating operations to facilitate learning delivery.
• Collect feedback and assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives to enhance learning solutions and outcomes.
• Continuously refine learning design by researching and implementing new tools, methodologies, and AI capabilities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Education.
• Extensive knowledge of learning methodology, instructional design, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Familiarity with learning frameworks such as Bloom's Taxonomy and Kolb's Learning Cycle.
• Proven experience managing learning projects from initial discovery to implementation.
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, task breakdown, estimation, and prioritization.
• Experience in gathering requirements and fostering alignment among diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with SMEs to convert expertise into impactful learning content.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills, with a keen focus on visibility and transparency.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adjust to various stakeholders and communication styles.
• A curious and proactive learning mindset.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and practical experience with AI productivity tools.
• Experience in the IT sector or a fast-paced technology-driven environment (Desirable).
• Familiarity with evaluating external service vendors, SMEs, and training providers (Desirable).
• Experience managing learning budgets, contracts, and vendor-related processes (Desirable).
