This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assess learning requirements and develop engaging training modules, including both e-learning and instructor-led formats.
• Work alongside subject matter experts to transform current documentation into captivating interactive e-learning experiences.
• Create assessments to evaluate the impact of training and promote ongoing enhancements.
• Perform learning-needs assessments to pinpoint skill deficiencies and set performance objectives.
• Establish clear, measurable learning goals and suggest evidence-based delivery methods.
• Utilize the ADDIE model to organize all phases of design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs to convert existing content into interactive e-learning using Articulate and various software tools.
• Develop training modules, templates, and assessments in accordance with Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult learning principles, and accessibility standards.
• Design both formative and summative assessments to enhance learning and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
• Incorporate AI and automation to facilitate content creation, review, and distribution.
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop training materials that are accurate, engaging, and focused on results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design and the development of digital learning.
• A portfolio showcasing training materials developed using Articulate and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated application of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Extensive experience with AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and foster innovation in instructional design.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the capability to meet tight deadlines.
