Technical Trainer, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create and implement training programs that enable customers to effectively utilize Postman.

• Produce training resources, including demonstrations and in-application exercises, to aid customers and internal teams in their understanding of Postman at all levels.

• Collaborate closely with various teams such as product, customer success, sales, and customer support to ensure that training initiatives are in sync with product updates and meet customer requirements.

• Assist in the development of internal tools to facilitate engaging training sessions.

• Stay informed about product updates and new features to guarantee that training programs contain the most up-to-date information.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise training.

• At least 3 years of experience with APIs and/or software development, with a preference for NodeJS experience.

• Proficient in both Spanish and English.

• Significant experience using Postman is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Proven history of effectively managing stakeholder relationships.

• Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
