This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develops, organizes, and implements curriculum and instructional materials that promote active learning in both virtual and in-person environments.
• Creates training content, agendas, and schedules to meet district goals.
• Assesses the overall effectiveness of programs and training by gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Conducts sound and microphone checks prior to onsite training sessions.
• Keeps technical expertise up to date by collaborating closely with Implementation Engineers.
• Willingness to travel frequently (over 90%).
• Excellent public speaking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Education, or Training.
• Experience in K12 Education and/or Law Enforcement/Safety is preferred.
