Technical Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Organizing, planning, and delivering technical product and system training sessions (on-site, online, e-learning/self-learning)

• Creating, producing, and continually updating training content, materials, and concepts

• Facilitating technical training for internal personnel as well as customers and partners

• Offering technical guidance and support across the entire product portfolio

• Collaborating closely with development, production, sales, after-sales, and service teams

• Assisting in the development of digital learning materials (graphics, videos, documentation)

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or an equivalent technical qualification

• Several years of relevant professional experience

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in creating professional training materials

• Good understanding of image editing, video production, and content creation

• Familiarity with lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries, battery controllers, and charging technology

• Strong organizational abilities, didactic understanding, and a systematic working approach

• High process awareness and a capability to convey knowledge in a structured manner

• Team-oriented with strong and confident communication skills

• Solution-focused working style and ability to professionally mediate differing opinions

• Highly self-motivated, reliable, and loyal towards colleagues, supervisors, and the organization

• Excellent proficiency in German and English (C1 level)
