This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide training courses and educational interventions that encompass all technical material.
• Conduct design work as necessary that prioritizes the learner and adheres to Industry Standards.
• Employ suitable technology for delivering learning interventions, including e-learning and webinars.
• Organize a personal schedule to track planned commitments, ensuring all activities are accurately recorded and monitored.
• Handle all administrative tasks associated with the role.
• Ensure completion of all evaluation documents and course-related administration.
• Align all training delivery with the brand’s culture and requirements.
• Execute all responsibilities in accordance with the standards established within annual objectives and KPI/SLA.
• Extensive motor vehicle technical experience, preferably at the Master Technician level.
• Proven experience in delivering face-to-face learning and development solutions to an industry-leading standard.
• Experience in delivering a diverse range of technical training subjects as outlined in the job description.
• Background in designing and developing training materials that achieve strong performance across various measures.
• Excellent facilitation, assessment, and evaluation abilities.
• Capability to convey learning interventions and content in a manner that illustrates how applying the learning will enhance performance.
• Demonstrated understanding of L&D theory and best practices, along with their practical application in an L&D environment.
• Familiarity with blended learning approaches and their implementation.
• Intermediate IT skills, proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
