This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create and implement top-notch technical training programs aimed at both external clients and internal technical personnel.
• Organize, plan, and lead instructor-led training sessions focused on system administration.
• Execute pre-training needs analyses and conduct post-training assessments.
• Develop and present internal technical sessions to enable understanding of new product launches.
• Design and create self-paced training modules for online distribution.
• Work in conjunction with a Technical Writer to produce and maintain standardized training documentation.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical training, instructional design, or a similar role within a software, SaaS, or technology context.
• Solid technical expertise in Linux, along with experience in databases such as MySQL and Microsoft SQL.
• Proven capability to conduct instructor-led technical training for a variety of audiences, including system administrators and IT specialists.
• Practical experience in creating eLearning content using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or other similar authoring software.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment, enrollment oversight, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for clarifying technical subjects in a straightforward manner.
• Established track record of juggling multiple projects, adhering to deadlines, and functioning effectively in a dynamic product-oriented environment.
• Experience collaborating across departments with engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams.
• Knowledge of medical software, especially RIS or PACS, is preferred.
• Background in supporting New Product Introduction or training programs for product launches is preferred.
• Understanding of instructional design methodologies is preferred.
• Experience in software system administration (including networking, user management, cloud services, or enterprise applications) is preferred.
• Certification in instructional design, eLearning development, or a pertinent technical area (for example, CompTIA CTT+, ATD CPTD, GCP, or AWS fundamentals) is preferred.
