Technical Trainer, Allplan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Digital planning and construction activities.

• Facilitation of knowledge transfer.

• Supporting professionals as they transition to CAD-based building design.

• Providing tutoring from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Utilizing various instructional methods for course design.

• Carrying out assessments to evaluate competency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in this area.

• Evidence of an ACP certification, or a commitment to obtain one.

• Strong proficiency in Allplan (CAD software for architectural and structural engineering).

• Ability to create and edit 2D elements, text, dimensions, and symbols.

• Experience in 3D modeling, visualization, and an understanding of BIM standards and processes.

• Proficient in using advanced features such as macros, SmartParts, remodeling planning, structural engineering, and VisualScripting.

• Experience in the planning and construction of building structures, including stairs, foundations, and roof structures.

• Knowledge of BIM strategy and project management.

• Strong didactic skills.

• Methodical and didactic capability in delivering instructional content.

• An independent, structured working style with a high level of personal responsibility.

• Desirable: proof of pedagogical suitability (trainer qualification according to AEVO, Train-the-Trainer).
