This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You have a passion for digital planning and design.
• You enjoy imparting knowledge to others.
• You aim to assist professionals in their journey towards CAD-based building design.
• Provide tutoring from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D ®.
• Implement a range of instructional techniques in course design.
• Administer assessments to evaluate competency development.
• Completed vocational training or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, building technology, or a similar qualification.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• Evidence of ACP certification (Allplan Certified Professional) or a willingness to obtain it.
• Strong knowledge of Allplan (CAD software for architecture and structural engineering), particularly in creating and editing 2D elements, text, dimensions, and symbols.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and an understanding of BIM standards and processes.
• Experience utilizing advanced features such as macros, SmartParts, renovation planning, structural engineering functions, and Visual Scripting.
• Background in building structures, including the planning and construction of buildings, stairs, foundations, and roof structures.
• Understanding of BIM strategy and project management.
• Didactic and pedagogical skills.
• Methodical and instructional proficiency in delivering educational content.
• Self-motivated, organized working style with a high level of personal responsibility.
• Preferred: proof of pedagogical aptitude (Ausbildereignung according to AEVO) or a Train-the-Trainer certification.
