Technical Systems Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee data pipelines, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Power BI data flows.

• Swiftly address issues impacting system and pipeline performance.

• Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries.

• Maintain reference tables and data mappings.

• Support HIPAA-compliant data handling practices.

• Validate records, reconcile data across systems, and eliminate duplicate files.

• Collect stakeholder requirements and convert them into user stories for the development team.

• Lead data analysis and requirements documentation for new reports and dashboards.

• Coordinate quality assurance testing and validation processes.

• Create product requirement documents (PRDs), technical specifications, and structured backlogs.

• Implement new IT tools and phase out legacy systems.

• Provide training to end users on reporting tools.

• Ensure system performance and assist development teams in resolving issues and addressing enhancement requests.

• Monitor project timelines, action items, and deliverables.

• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.

• Support the creation of status reports, meeting summaries, and executive updates.

• Prioritize projects based on CIO guidance.

• Identify and resolve pipeline issues before they impact downstream reporting or leadership visibility.

• Ensure reports adhere to a monitored intake-to-delivery process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the healthcare industry.

• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and practices related to healthcare data privacy/security.

• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate.

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent written communication skills for creating technical documents and executive summaries.

• Experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute care, or ACO environment is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Preferred experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, API integration, and/or AI-assisted data analysis/workflow automation tools.

• Familiarity with managing claims data or using Jira or Confluence would be an advantage.
