• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Proficient English communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening

• Strong critical thinking abilities with a knack for proposing innovative, unconventional solutions

• Familiarity with the ad tech ecosystem and its operational dynamics

• Understanding of databases and ad servers
