This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will assume the technical and organizational leadership of our technical support team for the Mesalvo HealthCentre solutions.
• You will establish clear structures and optimal framework conditions to facilitate successful collaboration.
• You will coordinate and prioritize support requests, assisting your team with more complex technical challenges.
• You will maintain an overview of support cases, analyze recurring issues, and collaboratively develop sustainable improvements with your team.
• You will ensure high-quality support and continuously enhance processes and standards.
• You will closely collaborate with adjacent departments and assist with implementation projects as required.
• You will guide the development of your team members, fostering their professional and personal strengths.
• You enjoy taking responsibility, leading a team, and fostering the development of its members.
• You possess a solid understanding of IT infrastructure along with a good grasp of regulatory requirements.
• You have experience in system administration (servers, cloud environments, networks, printers) and can offer technical guidance to your team.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and have a clear sense of priorities.
• You demonstrate a strong service and customer orientation.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of databases (e.g., DBISAM) and SQL.
• You understand healthcare interfaces (e.g., SOAP, HL7, FiveRX, FHIR).
• You communicate confidently in both German and English.
