This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English through Email, Chat, and Voice - Respond to incoming inquiries received via Motive’s support hotline, live chat feature, or support email during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
• Customer Service Analysis - Gather customer support requests and bugs, and communicate findings to the product and engineering teams to resolve these issues.
• System Evaluation - Assess our current tools and collaborate with engineering to create solutions that facilitate scalability.
• Bilingual: Proficient in both Spanish and English (US).
• Proficient in written communication in both Spanish and English.
• An innate ability to empathize with users.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
