
Technical Support Specialist – Solar Campaign

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop precise solar permit packages that comply with AHJ requirements, client procedures, SLAs, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks.
• Support homeowners with account setup, system activation, and commissioning processes.
• Inform homeowners about energy generation, consumption, and battery operations.
• Address activation and monitoring challenges (such as offline gateways and missing data).
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and manufacturer support for escalations.
• Engineering graduates are preferred; however, graduates of other technical courses with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience using AutoCAD or involvement in solar-related projects are also considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, ideally within the solar or energy sector.
• Knowledge of homeowner support or home technology products, along with practical experience with platforms in solar support.
