This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Serve as the primary contact for all Slovak-speaking customers.
• Evaluate and understand customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for software on mobile devices (including mobile phones, tablets, and more).
• Aid customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
• Address customers’ post-sales inquiries related to the online store.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails.
• Foster enduring relationships and trust with customer accounts.
• Manage customer complaints and offer suitable solutions.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Slovak.
• C1 level in English.
• Strong technical skills.
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or similar technologies, is preferred.
• A customer-focused mindset.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• EU Citizenship is required.
• Monthly gross salary of 1300€.
• 14 salary payments per year.
• Monthly bonuses of up to 200€.
• Transportation bonus of 100€.
