This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Proactively enhance the customer experience;

• Collaborate with clients and their staff to pinpoint issues and recommend solutions;

• Reproduce, troubleshoot, and independently explore reported problems;

• Work with development teams to identify mistakes and log bugs through the internal helpdesk;

• Become proficient in the support channels: Ventrata Chat, Slack, and Helpdesk;

• Assist with client onboarding and data uploads to our systems;

• Provide support to internal teams with tasks outside of the job description.

• You possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;

• B2 level English is required;

• C1 level Portuguese or Spanish is mandatory;

• Proficiency in Italian is a significant advantage;

• You have an analytical mindset and a problem-solving approach;

• Ability to clearly articulate and document issues;

• Strong attention to detail;

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team;

• Must be located in Europe.
