β€’ Address customer inquiries via Slack, email, and phone.

β€’ Diagnose basic technical problems related to operational systems.

β€’ Record, organize, and monitor support requests and operational issues.

β€’ Assist the operations team with administrative coordination.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer support, or operations support.

β€’ Proficient in managing support communications through phone, email, chat, or Slack.

β€’ Prior experience in operational, technical, or service-oriented environments.
