This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Delivering troubleshooting and technical assistance to clients through e-mail and live chat.
• Aiding RedTrack clients in all cases by helping to identify various issues and providing support.
• Assisting clients in configuring their accounts to guarantee a successful customer experience.
• Maintaining precise notes and details regarding support requests.
• Collaborating with team members to address ongoing issues.
• Documenting software problems for future review and corrective actions.
• Conducting troubleshooting and first-level diagnostics while providing technical and product expertise for client inquiries.
• Engaging in cross-functional collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
• Capability to troubleshoot technical issues utilizing structured methodologies and logical investigative steps.
• Strong ability to clearly and simply explain technical concepts to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Experience in handling reports and dashboards, with a focus on validating data accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
• Good understanding of web applications, including tracking, data flow, and the basics of client-server interactions.
• Knowledge of data privacy and data handling principles in customer-facing situations.
• Familiarity with SaaS products; experience in E-commerce and/or AdTech is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language.
• Basic knowledge of HTML / JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Understanding of tracking systems.
