This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Deliver real-time support through phone, chat, and email channels.
β’ Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
β’ Collaborate with customers to identify effective solutions.
β’ Guide customers through the necessary steps to resolve their issues.
β’ Minimum of 2 years' experience in a technical support position.
β’ Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
β’ Exceptional skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation.
β’ Ability to maintain a positive, compassionate, and understanding demeanor with customers.
β’ Fundamental knowledge of the troubleshooting methodology.
β’ Experience in troubleshooting desktop applications.
β’ Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems troubleshooting.
β’ Capability to type 50+ words per minute.
β’ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite applications.
β’ Self-motivated, with the ability to work and learn autonomously.
β’ Comfortable with 1-on-1 learning or self-directed resources such as videos and documentation.
β’ Ability to effectively shift between various tasks.
