This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver prompt and effective chat and email assistance to merchants
• Execute onboarding tasks for merchants utilizing front-end technologies
• Set up Okendo widgets and carry out feature configuration steps
• Uphold a high level of work quality
• Partner with the development team to relay customer feedback
• Over 3 years of experience in a customer-facing support role with a technical focus
• Proficient in coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving
• Knowledge of SaaS and experience with Hubspot or a similar CRM
