This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver prompt and effective chat and email assistance to merchants throughout the onboarding, post-installation, and ongoing maintenance phases.
• Execute onboarding activities for merchants, which include front-end development on Shopify storefronts (HTML/Liquid, CSS, JavaScript).
• Implement Okendo widgets on storefronts and carry out feature setup tasks, encompassing SEO optimization and app integrations.
• Complete post-installation and maintenance responsibilities for merchants.
• Tailor Okendo’s widgets, add additional components, and troubleshoot front-end issues.
• Adhere to Okendo's guidelines and coding standards to guarantee high-quality output.
• Uphold a high standard of work quality for both yourself and your colleagues.
• Proactively request Okendo app reviews from satisfied customers.
• Support fellow team members with their inquiries and tasks when needed.
• Aid in the upkeep of internal technical documentation.
• Over 3 years of experience in a customer-facing support role with a technical focus.
• Proficiency in coding, gained in either an academic or commercial environment, with a strong foundation in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—an understanding of these technologies is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to engage both technical and non-technical users effectively.
