This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Facilitate smooth experiences for our partners.
• Address technical challenges and provide solutions for partner inquiries.
• Analyze partner questions and devise innovative solutions to meet their needs.
• Utilize expertise to assist partners with technical difficulties.
• Represent partners by relaying feedback to the Product team.
• Adhere to SLAs regarding response times and issue resolution.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting a technical product, preferably in SaaS, or background in MIS or Software Development teams.
• Excellent written communication skills in both English and German.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Capability to provide prompt responses and systematically follow up.
• An innate problem solver with a positive outlook and a passion for helping others succeed.
• Proficient debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or other programming languages is advantageous.
