This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Diagnose and resolve daily technical issues
• Provide assistance to customers with ongoing inquiries and technical concerns
• Refer complex issues to the appropriate department or team
• Address customer complaints and offer effective solutions
• Support customers in navigating the digital platform
• Gather client feedback and insights
• Maintain an extensive knowledge base
• Meet targets for issue resolution and customer satisfaction
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in customer support and relationship management within technical fields
• Advocate for customer needs
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, HTTP error handling, and root cause analysis
• Experience with tax technology or financial products is advantageous
• Evening shift role with working hours from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am CET
