This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Deliver customer support through phone, chat, and email channels, ensuring responses to inquiries are timely, clear, and helpful.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical problems encountered by customers with our SaaS platform, focusing on software functionality, configuration, and integrations.
• Work closely with internal teams, such as Product Development and QA, to escalate and resolve intricate technical challenges.
• Record and monitor customer inquiries, issues, and solutions within our support system.
• Proactively seek out opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Assist in product demonstrations and customer training sessions as required.
• Remain informed about the latest product features, enhancements, and industry trends to support customers effectively and provide valuable insights to internal teams.
• Over 2 years of experience in a technical support, customer support, or call center position within a SaaS or technology setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to address technical issues clearly and effectively.
• C2-level proficiency in both Spanish and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• You will assist customers in both languages via phone, chat, and email.
• Proficiency in French is advantageous, as you may assist French-speaking customers when necessary.
• Willingness to work in shifts, with the primary shift for this position being from 9 AM to 6 PM CEST.
