This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Installs, configures, tests, repairs, and maintains a range of non-routine security systems and equipment.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for delivering technical support and training to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Reviews blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to ascertain installation methods.
• Analyzes manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Performs all tasks in compliance with provincial and local regulations, industry best practices, and the company's health and safety policies and procedures.
• Develops a variety of non-routine programs for various systems.
• Provides mentorship to junior staff members.
• Undertakes additional duties and responsibilities as needed or requested.
• Education: High School diploma or GED, or an equivalent level of experience.
• Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of relevant field experience.
• Preferred Experience: Background in one or more of the following sectors: electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation.
