Technical Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Engage in innovative and responsible tasks to maintain seamless 24/7 operations within the scope of technical 3rd level support.

• Provide customer support and communicate with our clients in English through the ticketing system.

• Monitor and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure of our customers.

• Deliver technical solutions for customer issues, including compromised servers, managed server tasks, website and server migrations, or website error analysis.

• Ensure accurate documentation, server construction or provisioning, and proactive monitoring of the internal infrastructure.

• Install, configure, and administer servers, networks, and applications for the benefit of our clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training in a technical field within the IT sector or relevant professional experience in the industry.

• Strong knowledge of administration under Linux (Shell/Terminal).

• Service-oriented, independent, and responsible approach in technical customer support, hardware management, and Windows server administration.

• Proficiency in English (mandatory, as it is our company language).

• Basic knowledge of Bash scripting and fundamental programming skills are desirable.

• Experience with databases (SQL).

• Solid understanding of the German language.
