This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Deliver both remote and on-site technical software support for Circle’s expanding range of imaging products to customers in the region.
• Assess, classify, and prioritize customer concerns.
• Offer consultative services regarding customers’ system infrastructure.
• Enhance cardiology and radiology workflows.
• Engage in troubleshooting during clinical production.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for customer support.
• Some travel may be necessary for on-site customer visits, conferences, trade shows, and training sessions; travel is anticipated to be no more than 20% of work time.
• Document all customer feedback and issues, communicating them through our ticketing system.
• Exceptional leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities; professional demeanor and behavior with the capacity to manage diverse situations.
• Excellent listening, comprehension, and articulate oral and written communication skills in English, ensuring clarity and grammatical accuracy.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in prior support roles, ideally within the medical imaging field.
• Knowledge of cardiology and/or radiology workflows is preferred, along with familiarity with Magnetic Resonance and Computed Tomography.
• Strong understanding of providing support for Windows desktops, Mac desktops, and Windows Servers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of LAN and WAN networking, including switching, routing, and firewalls.
• Experience with medical industry software and hardware is highly preferred; familiarity with DICOM, PACS, and HL7 is a plus.
• Proficient in system software and technologies such as virtualization (VMWare, Citrix), GPUs, Linux, and LDAP/Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript coding is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through abilities.

• Experience in implementing multi-user software systems in enterprise environments is essential.
