Technical Support & Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• As a service technician, you will be the face of Steelwrist in Belgium and Luxembourg.

• You will work independently, think solution-oriented, and have a passion for high-level technology.

• You will manage your schedule autonomously from home or your fully-equipped service van.

• You will perform installations, maintenance, and complex repairs on hydraulic and electronic systems.

• You will analyze faults thoroughly and provide feedback to our production and development teams.

• You will support and train dealers and service partners, both on-site and remotely.

• You will be the technical expert that customers rely on.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience with construction machinery, hydraulics, and electronic control systems.

• You work independently, are organized, and take initiative.

• You enjoy technical challenges and think in terms of solutions.

• You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and can communicate effectively in English.

• You possess a driver's license and are willing to travel within Belgium and Luxembourg.
