Technical Support Representative, Trilingual – Portuguese, Spanish, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers via email, chat, and phone.

β€’ Offer assistance to customers in Portuguese, Spanish, and English by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to our enterprise software and third-party applications.

β€’ Elevate issues to higher support tiers when necessary.

β€’ Investigate and address various inquiries regarding software capabilities from resellers and end users.

β€’ Capture and document details related to support tickets and contribute to the Knowledge Base and documentation.

β€’ Play an essential role in recommending enhancements to our product.

β€’ Collaborate closely with other departments, including Engineering, IT, QA, and Sales.

β€’ Have the chance to engage in special projects and tasks, such as report writing, product documentation, suggesting improvements for our products, and programming.

β€’ Above all, ensure a World-Class customer experience.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 2 years of previous experience as a technical support representative, showcasing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting abilities.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of Windows operating systems.

β€’ Technical proficiency, with the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.

β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and communicate effectively in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

β€’ Problem-solving skills and active listening abilities.

β€’ Capability to collaborate successfully with various teams while also being self-driven to work independently.

β€’ Ability to work as an independent contractor.

β€’ Degree in Computer Science or Technology Certification or equivalent experience. Completion of CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
