This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers via email, chat, and phone.
β’ Offer assistance to customers in Portuguese, Spanish, and English by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to our enterprise software and third-party applications.
β’ Elevate issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
β’ Investigate and address various inquiries regarding software capabilities from resellers and end users.
β’ Capture and document details related to support tickets and contribute to the Knowledge Base and documentation.
β’ Play an essential role in recommending enhancements to our product.
β’ Collaborate closely with other departments, including Engineering, IT, QA, and Sales.
β’ Have the chance to engage in special projects and tasks, such as report writing, product documentation, suggesting improvements for our products, and programming.
β’ Above all, ensure a World-Class customer experience.
β’ Over 2 years of previous experience as a technical support representative, showcasing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting abilities.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of Windows operating systems.
β’ Technical proficiency, with the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and communicate effectively in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
β’ Problem-solving skills and active listening abilities.
β’ Capability to collaborate successfully with various teams while also being self-driven to work independently.
β’ Ability to work as an independent contractor.
β’ Degree in Computer Science or Technology Certification or equivalent experience. Completion of CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
