This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Deliver advanced technical assistance to customers encountering issues with their products or services while ensuring outstanding customer experience.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, providing prompt and efficient solutions to clients.
• Articulate technical solutions to non-technical customers in a straightforward and understandable manner.
• Refer intricate problems to senior team members when necessary.
• Record customer interactions and technical problems within a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Offer insights on product enhancements and improvements based on customer feedback and technical challenges.
• Enhance knowledge of products, services, and procedures by engaging in training programs and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with other departments as required to address customer concerns.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues at all times.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Preferred 6 months of experience in a technical support position or a comparable role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing computer applications and software.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Background in Service Desk operations within the IT sector.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues, including remote troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT Ticketing Systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze situations and issues to provide suitable resolutions.
