This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, chat, and email.
• Offer fundamental technical assistance for software, user access, and general system navigation.
• Create, update, and resolve support tickets utilizing our ticketing system.
• Refer complex issues to the relevant internal teams as needed.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and troubleshooting processes.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and assist in updating the knowledge base.
• Basic understanding of PCs and software applications (knowledge of Excel, Java, and HTML is advantageous).
• Previous experience in a technical support or customer service position is preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and tools (such as Zendesk and Freshdesk) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of FileZilla and FTP clients is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and troubleshoot efficiently.
