This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Respond to incoming calls to the department through the automated call distribution center or direct line, providing necessary assistance to callers.
• Offer training and troubleshooting support to callers to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Handle email correspondence and chat requests, collaborating with customers to solve problems.
• Record all calls and interactions, including emails and chat requests, in the Call Center database.
• Coordinate product repairs when required.
• Update customer demographic or personal information in the database.
• Escalate issues or problems as needed.
• Carry out various additional tasks as assigned.
• High School diploma.
• Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science is preferred.
• Previous experience in a call center is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills along with oral and written communication abilities.
• Clear enunciation and effective customer service telephone skills.
• Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Outlook.
• Skills in navigating Windows.
• Competency in keyboarding.
• Familiarity with database applications, spreadsheets, and relational databases is advantageous.
• Experience with Win CE operating systems is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills.
