• Comfort with AI is essential, along with adherence to LexisNexis AI policies.

• A significant portion of your role, approximately 50%, will involve responding to RFPs. If writing isn't your strength, you may want to consider alternative positions, as this role is heavily writing-focused.

• If public speaking isn't your forte, be aware that the other 50% of the job includes public-facing responsibilities through virtual and occasional live demonstrations.

• A passion for problem-solving is crucial, as this is a primary aspect of our work.

• Collaborative teamwork is highly valued, as contributing to the overall team enhances our collective success through process improvements.

• Utilize best practices and knowledge of business challenges, both internal and external, to enhance products or services.

• Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience, sharing insights and knowledge generously.

⛳️ Requirements

• A clear understanding that your objective is to boost sales by addressing business challenges for our customers and prospects.

• You will resolve these challenges by offering services or software, thereby enhancing the credibility of both the sellers and LexisNexis, as well as the value of our products.

• Familiarity with the supported software in relation to the Customer Experience, enabling you to communicate and demonstrate:

• How to use the products (clearly articulating their features and benefits).

• How to configure them.

• You will collaborate with various departments to comprehend the software's functionality, both ideally and practically, gaining insights on best practices and technical awareness regarding our clients' real-world usage, and how our products address daily challenges beyond the standard feature descriptions.

• Understanding how each product influences our customers’ experiences, from system integrations and reporting to practical feature utilization, is crucial. Recognizing where our services provide superior value compared to other software is essential.

• Throughout your role as a Sales Solution Architect, you will collaborate with sales representatives and Proposal Management to enhance sales processes through responses to Technical/Functional RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires as needed.

• In fact, this aspect may constitute up to 50% of your responsibilities, second only to demonstrations, and could occasionally surpass them due to client demands.

• This necessitates the ability to translate your knowledge or that of others into written responses, building on previously gathered information in our established knowledge base, and generating new responses as you acquire knowledge about new products, technologies, and services for our Content Library.
