This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Deliver fundamental technical support to customers facing issues with their products or services.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, offering prompt and effective solutions to clients.
• Convey technical resolutions to non-technical customers in a straightforward and concise manner.
• Ensure precise ticket prioritization.
• Follow up with customers post-initial contact to confirm that issues have been satisfactorily resolved and to offer further assistance if required.
• Refer complicated problems to higher-level team members when necessary.
• Record customer interactions and technical challenges in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Comply with company regulations and procedures.
• Achieve or surpass performance benchmarks for relevant KPIs.
• Enhance knowledge of products, services, and processes by engaging in training programs and continuous learning modules.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to address customer concerns.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues at all times.
• Preferred 6 months of experience in a technical support position or equivalent.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Capability to relay technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Proficient critical thinking skills.
• Competency in utilizing computer applications and software.
• Experience with a CRM system is preferred.
