πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the main liaison for our external-facing teams.

β€’ Resolve issues related to "stuck" orders or inventory synchronization.

β€’ Acquire the skills to handle "Customer Change Requests" (CCRs).

β€’ Convert customer frustrations into concise reports for engineers.

β€’ Engage in the Weekly Operational Health Sync.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 2 years in Customer Support/Service.

β€’ Excellent Communication Skills.

β€’ Strong Logical Thinking Abilities.

β€’ Flexibility and Adaptability.

β€’ Exceptional Attention to Detail.
