This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +19 more states.
β’ Serve as the main liaison for our external-facing teams.
β’ Resolve issues related to "stuck" orders or inventory synchronization.
β’ Acquire the skills to handle "Customer Change Requests" (CCRs).
β’ Convert customer frustrations into concise reports for engineers.
β’ Engage in the Weekly Operational Health Sync.
β’ Minimum of 2 years in Customer Support/Service.
β’ Excellent Communication Skills.
β’ Strong Logical Thinking Abilities.
β’ Flexibility and Adaptability.
β’ Exceptional Attention to Detail.
