This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Managing support tickets efficiently.
• Conducting platform monitoring and code analysis to rectify errors and address support requests.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, IT Management, or a related field, preferably from the 2nd year onwards.
• Basic understanding of SQL Server.
• Fundamental knowledge of Javascript.
• Basic proficiency in C#.
• Elementary skills in Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in programming logic.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to work 30 hours per week during business hours.
