Technical Support Engineer – Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer technical assistance for photovoltaic (PV), energy storage systems (ESS), electric vehicle (EV) charging, and distribution products.

• Conduct training sessions for customers, installers, and EPCs to meet their technical requirements.

• Collaborate with the research and development team to address general issues and devise troubleshooting strategies.

• Travel to customer sites to assist in resolving issues or gathering data.

• Generate reports to facilitate product failure analysis and risk evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Are you legally authorized to work in Germany?

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

• Relevant certifications recognized in one of the EU countries.

• Proficiency in both English and German.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to provide support throughout Europe.

• In-depth knowledge of the PV and ESS sectors, along with experience with these products.

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.

• Previous experience working for a Chinese company.
