This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Delivering technical assistance, configuring, and resolving issues related to the Sumsub platform for our B2B clients.
• Conducting a technical evaluation of reported issues and establishing strategies for their resolution.
• Engaging daily with fellow engineers to formulate technical action plans or assume responsibility for cases needing escalation.
• Collaborating effectively with other teams to address clients’ technical inquiries, serving as a liaison between the client and internal Sumsub resources.
• Interacting with clients through chat, email, and outbound calls.
• Creating and implementing tailored solutions involving basic scripting or coding.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in troubleshooting web applications.
• Fundamental understanding of programming concepts (e.g., data types).
• Practical experience in troubleshooting web applications utilizing RestAPI.
• Hands-on experience with SQL-like databases.
• Basic scripting abilities in the programming language of your choice.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Commitment to providing exceptional support service.
• Familiarity with Kibana or the Elastic Stack is advantageous.
• Proficiency in supporting or working with mobile or web SDK is a plus.
• Experience with Postman or practical exposure to API troubleshooting is beneficial.
• Background in technical support for web or mobile applications is a plus.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency, fintech, or banking applications or services is an advantage.
