This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Configure and set up our intricate B2B product with sophisticated functional logic (akin to Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Conduct demonstration calls to grasp client business requirements and provide engaging product presentations
• Design and lead client training sessions to promote strong adoption and effective product utilization
• Diagnose technical issues, including API requests, data workflows, and integrations
• Serve as a trusted advisor by proactively managing the client experience and ensuring sustained success
• Oversee a portfolio of accounts, concentrating on retention while identifying growth prospects
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tackle complex technical challenges
• Establish robust, enduring relationships with customers through clear and proactive communication.
• 1–2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management
• Practical experience with complex B2B systems (ERP/CRM/SaaS such as Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Strong technical aptitude with the capability to comprehend systems, APIs, and data flows
• Experience with APIs, JSON, HTTP requests, or debugging tools is a significant advantage
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Customer-focused, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (GMT+3)
