This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Address intricate challenges for our largest clients, encompassing inquiries related to architecture, recovery, security, and performance.
• Act as a specialist resource on optimal practices for operating Scylla at scale.
• Champion customer interests by collaborating with product management and development teams.
• Contribute to the development of the Scylla Knowledge Base.
• Over 3 years of experience in a Technical Support Engineer role.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise clients in a customer-facing support capacity.
• Proficiency with Linux environments.
• A lifelong learner adept at multitasking in high-pressure scenarios.
• Naturally inquisitive and enthusiastic about acquiring new technologies.
• Experience with Distributed Systems (Database / Storage).
• Familiarity with Docker (Linux).
• Experience working with Cloud providers (AWS/GCP).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Independent and self-driven.
