This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Investigate, diagnose, and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Clearly communicate with users and stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution.
• Deliver prompt and professional support to ensure a positive user experience.
• Contribute to the documentation and ongoing enhancement of support processes and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve more complex issues.
• Maintain ongoing communication with internal or external stakeholders as necessary.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure service continuity.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows system administration.
• Experience working with databases such as SQL or PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to APIs (e.g., REST) and troubleshooting integrations.
• Understanding of container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Helm) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., OpenSearch, Elasticsearch).
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
• Participation in an on-call rotation may be necessary.
• Work within an international and collaborative environment.
