This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver prompt and efficient customer assistance via chat, email, Slack, and video, available 24/7.
• Provide clear and effective solutions by troubleshooting integrations, APIs, and cloud infrastructure challenges.
• Actively identify emerging patterns, escalate vital feedback, and enhance documentation.
• Remain at the forefront of product advancements and security compliance.
• Quickly identify and manage critical outages while collaborating closely with engineering and leadership teams.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer or technical support.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with established technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Preferably possess hands-on experience with cloud platforms, API integrations, and change management tools.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with Freshdesk is an added advantage.
