This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Offer problem-solving and fault-finding assistance via phone and email for both installers and customers.
• Create cases in the CRM system to monitor and address customer inquiries.
• Respond to technical inquiries regarding products.
• Coordinate with service, sales, and repair center departments to ensure efficient handling of cases.
• Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation for the commissioning of our products.
• Contribute to the development of the technical support processes within the business.
• Assist at Sales Exhibitions and Trade Fairs.
• Collaborate with International Technical Support.
• A relevant qualification in electronic engineering or an equivalent in renewable energy.
• Experience in the Solar and power generation industry is advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of inverter and battery products.
• A solutions-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to assist customers as needed.
• A strong work ethic.
• Experience in a role requiring inter-departmental communication and coordination is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Danish is essential.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
