This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Offer problem-solving and fault-finding assistance via phone and email for both installers and customers.
• Create and manage cases through CRM systems to monitor and resolve customer inquiries.
• Respond to technical product questions.
• Coordinate with service, sales, and repair center teams to ensure efficient handling of cases.
• Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation for the commissioning of our products.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the technical support processes within the business.
• Support Sales Exhibitions and Trade Fairs.
• Collaborate with Technical Support International.
• Relevant qualifications in electronic engineering or equivalent experience in renewable energy.
• Experience in the solar and power generation industry is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of inverters and battery products.
• A solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
• Willingness to assist customers as needed.
• Strong work ethic is essential.
• Prior experience in a role that required inter-departmental communication and coordination is advantageous.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent Danish speaker is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
