This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Strategize and Enhance Support: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to create support operations that proactively address customer needs and continuously elevate service standards.
• Client Onboarding Collaboration: Partner closely with Solutions Engineers to design onboarding experiences for prestigious enterprise clients, fusing technical expertise with a comprehensive understanding of user journeys.
• Proactive Support: Move beyond mere issue reporting by tracking platform activity and working with developers, infrastructure, and product teams to identify and resolve pain points before they affect clients.
• Process Automation: Detect manual, repetitive workflows within the support function and develop automations that enable the team to concentrate on high-impact tasks and preempt customer issues before they arise.
• Brokerage Support: Examine trade discrepancies, assist with asset movement, and oversee trade execution quality while closely collaborating with Asset and Brokerage Operations teams to ensure seamless operations for brokerage clients.
• Strategic Partnership: Cultivate relationships with renowned institutions, serving as both a technical expert and a champion for client success throughout their engagement with Paxos.
• Continuous Innovation: Record breakthroughs, establish new best practices, and lead post-incident reviews that inform how support scales to accommodate rapid growth.
• 2-3+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering, ideally within a fast-paced fintech or rapidly growing tech environment.
• Comfortable navigating environments with minimal processes—you can prioritize tasks independently, act swiftly, and create structure where it is lacking.
• Proven experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, and enterprise or institutional clients.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and incident management; familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and fintech compliance standards.
• Experience in brokerage or trading operations, whether through trade lifecycle support, asset movement, or working closely with operations teams to address execution issues.
• Familiarity with trade investigation workflows, execution quality monitoring, or liquidity operations in a financial services or cryptocurrency context.
• Self-motivated and responsible; you identify issues, suggest solutions, and follow through without needing prompting.
